Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Open the profile and go to the parent zone — you will need to answer a simple question. Then choose “Sign in with Apple or Google”.
The app also offers to sign in when the first minute of a story ends. Once you sign in, the free stories open in full.
Where do I manage Sizmara Plus?
Open the profile, go to the parent zone and find the Plus section. It shows the date until which Plus is active, and you can cancel the subscription right there. After you cancel, Plus keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Because payments are handled by Stripe, Plus does not appear in your App Store subscriptions. On a new phone, sign in with the same Apple or Google account — Plus is linked to your account.
How much does a personal story cost?
A personal story costs 10.49 ₾. It is a one-off purchase and is not part of Plus: Plus unlocks the story library, while personal stories are bought one at a time.
Each purchase gives you one credit, which is used when the story is created. Credits never expire.
How do I delete my account?
In the parent zone, choose “Delete account” and confirm. This deletes the account, personal stories and all data we store, and cancels an active subscription. It cannot be undone.
If you no longer have access to the app, contact us and we will delete the account for you.
How do I listen offline?
A story downloads the first time it is opened, and after that you can listen without internet. Downloaded stories are marked “Downloaded”.
In the parent zone’s Downloads section you can see how much space stories take and turn on downloading over mobile data. When it is off, stories download over Wi-Fi only.
What happens to my child’s photo?
A photo is optional: you can describe your child’s look without one. If you choose a photo, it is sent once to Microsoft Azure OpenAI, which creates a short description of the child’s look. The pictures are drawn from that description alone.
We do not store the photo. Microsoft may retain service requests for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
A personal story failed. What happens to my credit?
The credit is refunded automatically. Please try again a little later.
What if a story won’t load?
Check your internet connection. If the app says the download is waiting for Wi-Fi, connect to Wi-Fi, tap “Download anyway”, or turn on downloading over mobile data in the parent zone.
If your phone is out of space, delete old downloads in the parent zone.
What ages is Sizmara for?
The stories are for children aged 3 to 8. We show stories that suit your child’s age and favourite themes first.
